Team Recovery Ohio, LLC is a CARF-accredited provider of person-centered mental health and addiction services, offering a full continuum of care in Toledo, Ohio, with admissions available seven days per week. Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals affected by addiction and mental health disorders while redefining how holistic recovery services are delivered. Grounded in lived experience and evidence-based practices, Team Recovery works to break down barriers to care, reduce stigma, and deliver compassionate, integrated support for the adult population.
Our levels of care include inpatient detoxification and residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient services, day treatment, medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric and nursing services, therapy, case management, peer recovery support, and wellness groups. To support long-term stability, Team Recovery Housing, an affiliated Ohio Recovery Housing (ORH) accredited organization, offers sober living options.
In addition, Team Recovery Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit governed by a board of directors, expands our mission through community-based family support groups, youth education, and access-to-treatment support for individuals and families in need.
