Second Chance Counseling Center, Inc. is a nationally accredited, Ohio–based substance use treatment provider located at 6011 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035. The organization provides Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, outpatient individual counseling, and drug and alcohol intervention services The center primarily serves individuals experiencing substance-related challenges, including those impacted by legal, occupational, and family consequences related to substance use. Clinical services are delivered by an experienced treatment team with over 25 years of expertise in addiction treatment, utilizing evidence-based, ethical, and client-centered approaches focused on long-term recovery, accountability, and meaningful behavioral change. In addition to its clinical treatment services, Second Chance Counseling Center operates a state-certified 72-hour Driver Intervention Program (DIP) at multiple Ohio locations, including Worthington, Clyde, and Sandusky, in full compliance with Ohio requirements. These DIP locations provide structured educational programming for individuals addressing DUI/OVI-related obligations and are operationally distinct from the organization’s clinical treatment services.
