Overview

The Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County (ECCC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that connects employers with qualified job seekers who face employment barriers, primarily individuals with disabilities. Working with over 60 non-profit, social service, and government agencies, ECCC provides free recruitment services, hosts hiring events, and offers educational training to businesses throughout Cuyahoga County. The organization distinguishes itself as one of the first employment collaboratives of its kind in Ohio, focusing on bridging the employment gap for people with disabilities who experience unemployment rates two to three times higher than the general population.
