Welcome to Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC)! CBHC provides mental health care for adults 18 and older, with a special focus on supporting individuals from low-income, multi-cultural and other underserved communities. Our caring and culturally sensitive team includes Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Therapists, and Case Managers. We are here to help support and empower you in your journey towards better mental health. CBHC is fully licensed and accredited by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission, and certified by the Ohio Department of Health and ODBH—so you can trust you will receive quality care.
