Caring For Kids (CFK) is a private, non-profit adoption and foster care agency operating since 1995 whose mission is to surround those impacted by adoption and foster care with compassionate and competent care. CFK's vision is to care for every child, every family, every step of the way, through integrity-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed services that C.A.R.E. (Celebrate Uniqueness, Advocate for Equity, Respect Differences, and Empower All Voices).
The agency provides comprehensive adoption, foster care, and behavioral health services. The organization's behavioral health services are focused on serving all members of the adoption triad: adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive parents. CFK distinguishes itself as an agency by providing comprehensive Post Permanency services for adoptees and their adoptive families as well as for birth parents who have made the difficult and loving choice to place their child for adoption. Both individual and group services are available for each client population in order to meet people where they are at in their journey of healing and growth.
